The 450g mallet will be more suitable for general work on small and medium-sized sculptures, while the 700g mallet will be suitable for both more physical roughing work on large pieces and small work requiring finesse and precision.

The Pfeil mallet with a brass head is a striking tool specifically designed for woodcarvers and cabinetmakers, combining robustness and comfort. Its brass head is chosen for its anti-resonance properties, meaning it transmits less vibration to the user's arm and wrist: a real advantage when working for long hours or on hard materials.

The handle, made of natural oiled cherry wood, offers an excellent, comfortable, and balanced grip. Swiss made, it guarantees quality and durability.

Two weight variants are available:
- 450 g: lighter mallet, preferred for sculpting work requiring precision or a softer strike.
- 700 g: heavier sledgehammer offering more impact with each strike, suitable for larger material removals or work requiring more power.
